Program Manager, Technology & Systems Integration
Mr. Pacuska serves in the capacity of Integration Program Manager on the Research and Technology Integration Team at the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Soldier Center (CCDC-SC), and as the Technology and Systems Integration Lead at the Defense Fabric Discovery Center (DFDC) at MIT Lincoln Labs. Previously he served as a CCDC-SC Team Leader for Soldier Clothing and Equipment whose team members provided technical and engineering support to multiple Army and government agencies (US Army PEO-SOLDIER, US Army TRADOC, US Army Military Academy at West Point, the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support, the US Air Force Clothing Office, and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) Agency).  Prior to this assignment Mr. Pacuska established the role as Thrust Area Manager for Integrated Protection (TAM-IP) in the WARFIGHTER Directorate at CCDC-SC.  In this role he worked to establish a portfolio management system in the IP area to ensure alignment of the CCDC-SC research areas with defined Soldier requirements and established POM lines of funding. Mr. Pacuska is an expert in all aspects of Program Management and Systems Engineering including contract management, funding, lifecycle management, test and evaluation, and program documentation.  He holds a BS in Biochemistry from Tufts University (MA), an MS in Materials System Engineering Management from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WMA), and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
