Many key applications in wearables, medical, and IoT products require accurate sensors along with a flexible form factor. MEMS sensors are proven in the marketplace to have high reliability, high accuracy, and are batch manufacturable with high yield. Flexible substrates provide needed conformability and stretchability. Combining the two is enabling a host of new product innovations. This session focuses on key system integration as well as design and manufacturing challenges for combining sensors with flexible technologies.
