This session covers how the disciplines join together to be able to bring to market a mix ASIC capable of detect and discriminate activity (person, animal or object) in a particular region of the surrounding physical space. The ASIC combines analog front end with digital dedicated back-end that acquires and pre-process the signal, and an artificial intelligence algorithm that accurately classifies the events.
