CGS4: Measuring & Cross Compensation of Multiple Gases Using Combined NDIR Detector Technologies

Measuring different gases simultaneously with NDIR often requires complex solutions to compensate cross effects caused by overlapping of the IR spectrum of the gases. Novel multi-channel IR detectors and special software algorithm allow for a simple but efficient analyzer design. In combination with pressure and temperature sensors as additional variables precise but easy to handle solutions become realistic. This session shows the resulting NDIR concept from a 3 years R&D project with application examples.
